A sensitive soul in a loud world, I have always naturally drifted toward the healing arts. However, the deeper I dove into the world of energy work, the more I noticed a lack of play, humility, and inclusivity. What if there was a way to practice the art of subtle energy work without all the ego, seriousness, and exclusivity? In these curious moments, brooke guiding light started to form.
I believe that play is one of the most powerful activators of intuition and inner truth, which is why I encourage all my clients and community members to release any rigid thinking and lean into their silliest, goofiest selves. By approaching mysticism as a playful journey, I open the door for those who may feel turned off by the perceived seriousness or strictness of energy work. In all my offerings, I bridge curious seekers with their most embodied, wildly creative potential.

In these personalized sessions you are met with my full presence as you receive from a selection of holistic energy medicine therapies to support your optimal well-being. This is my personal favorite way to connect and work with people - through 1:1 allyship that grows over time.
1:1 spirit sessions draw from the following modalities:
Ayurvedic council, reiki + seichim healing, inner-dance journeying, medical qigong therapy, craniosacral therapy, toning + sound therapy, ceremonial cleansing with plants, guided visualization, and tea meditation to integrate.
Sessions are in person and online.
