rhythms
An online series exploring the rhythms of nature
through the blended arts of medicine wheel theory +
elemental qigong
This journey is something that has been brewing
inside of me for many months. I am delighted to
share it with you now.
Qigong and the medicine wheel have been two of
my greatest allies in the past few years.
Living nomadically, and learning to adapt to new places, people, and experiences has shown me the importance of being connected to my internal rhythms as my external landscape shifts, and changes.
The rhythms series is created as a prayer of remembrance for us as a collective. To connect with the potent magic of heart guided discipline, and to cultivate a rich foundation + relationship with the earth's natural rhythms.
This is more than an online class pass. This is more than practicing qigong. This is an invitation to regular ceremonial practice.
I believe that as we restore our relationship to life's cycles + rhythms, the earth heals. When we come together in this, anything is possible.

flower bath
~a 4-partritual movement series featuring flowers, tea & qigong
~ a virtual ceremonial practice space with beautiful and inspiring content sent to your inbox every week
Flower bath is a blend of 3 beautiful art forms - flower essences, tea meditation, and qigong. In this four part ritual movement series, you are invited to attune yourself to the subtle energetics of four different flowers, their wisdom, and medicine - rose, lavender, chamomile, and calendula.
You will be prompted to source either the fresh, dried, or distilled essence of each individual flower. This, as a way of creating more intimacy with the flower, and beginning to know it on a deeper level.
The qigong forms we practice in each part will be thematized to the particular body system and the flare of each flower. If you have felt inspired, curious, or eager to study qigong or energy medicine, this journey is created with you in mind!
Guided tea meditations will provide the space where we meet to steep in the richness of subtle energy medicine, play, and the possibility of communicating with the messages that wish to come through the plants
In many ways, this series is an ode to the beauty of the flower bath ritual I've been experiencing through my adventures in South America.
Often, the simple act of surrounding myself with flowers, making a cup of ritual tea, or clearing my field through simple qigong movements has been enough to establish more peace, joy, and connection to myself. and a pathway to building community, resilience, and a relationship with the living breath earth we all call home.
